Jacob Roussos is a Partner and the Business Development Manager of ATNCS (Aged Care Advisory and Consulting).

 

ATNCS provides clinical expertise and high level consulting services across all areas of Aged Care, from Newcastle to Coffs Harbour and west to Armidale & Tamworth.

 

With a regional focus, ATNCS consultants are local and so vested in the communities they serve. They are passionate about assisting providers with the professionalisation of the Aged Care sector, working in line with legislative changes and respect for older Australians.

 

ATNCS offers services in Advising and consulting for Residential Aged Care and Home Care providers including:

  • responding to sanctions

  • operational management

  • auditing and gap assessment

  • team building, education and mentoring

  • continuous improvement plans

  • governance and policy/procedure development

  • HR and workforce development



About Jacob Roussos


Jacob has a background in prosecution and enforcement in NSW State Government departments, and more recently working with a tech start up as part of the merger and acquisition team.

 

Having worked in established workplace cultures and structures, as well as developing teams and policy/procedures in the tech startup space, Jacob brings a unique perspective to assisting Aged Care providers meet challenges that relate to everything from workforce development to managing government requirements.

 

In August 2024 Jacob spoke at the International Aged Care Conference in Bali where he discussed the important topic of Elder Abuse. Reflecting on his experience working as an investigator and prosecutor, coupled with his experience working within the Aged Care sector.
