Maureen Riordan is a highly experienced Work Health and Safety and psychosocial risk management specialist with more than 25 years’ experience supporting organisations to meet their legal obligations while strengthening workplace culture and performance.
Woven in to this also is a long history of teaching & assessing in the community services and disability sector.
About Work Well Risk Management
Work Well was established to support organisations managing Work Health and Safety and Psychosocial Risk obligations without unnecessary complexity.
In June 2026 the WHS Codes of Practice became legally enforceable not just guides for minimum practice.
Maureen and her team are keen to ensure all businesses have the knowledge, systems and practices in place to comply with their legal obligations, especially with respect to psychosocial safety.
