Participant Guidelines for MBF Exhibitors
To ensure a smooth and professional event for everyone, please note:
1. Table Set-up & Pack-down
Please arrive in time to complete your setup by 5:00pm sharp (event opens at 5:30pm).
All displays must be packed down and vacated by 8:00pm.
2. Public Liability Insurance
All exhibitors must hold current public liability insurance. You may be asked to provide a copy.
3. Payment Collection
You are responsible for managing your own payments and devices (e.g. EFTPOS or card reader).
Internet is not provided, so please plan to tether via your mobile phone if required.
4. Access to Venue
The event is held on Level 2 of Building 802 at CSU Port Macquarie.
A lift is available for transporting your materials to the Innovation Hub.
