Ruby Liao is AI Solutions Lead and Hospitality Account Manager at Vermilion Pinstripes, where she helps businesses harness the power of artificial intelligence, modern marketing and customer engagement to achieve sustainable growth.
Working closely with Business & Marketing Strategist Veronica Lind, Ruby has developed extensive experience in digital marketing, communications and brand growth. Today, she leads Vermilion Pinstripes' Claude AI initiatives while supporting some of Sydney's most exciting hospitality brands, including Katsugyu, Mensho, Kokoro, Pizza Studio Tamaki and Osaka DonutLab.
Ruby is passionate about helping businesses embrace new technologies without losing sight of what matters most — building genuine relationships with customers.
