About Adrienne Smith
Adrienne spent a decade working at the coalface of small business - running the office, the sales, and
the accounts for a small trade business . This ground-level experience meant understanding what business feels like from the inside when you are the one doing everything, and clients remember when things are handled well or badly.
She then moved into corporate roles across reception, administration, and client-facing work in financial services, healthcare, and government. From there she progressed to Senior Executive Assistant role to a Global Chief People and Culture Officer, supporting a 750 -person international organisation.
This breadth of experience means Adrienne brings a heightened standard of judgment, discretion, and follow-through to every client engagement.
