Their focus is on helping regional councils, mum and dad businesses, farming enterprises, not for profit organisations and regional industry groups to deliver on their vision.

Business case and feasibility studies on business or industry expansion or diversification
Grant application writing and acquittal processes
Advocating and liaising with government departments and industry representatives
Project and risk management - especially to deliver infrastructure

About Cara Dale
Cara Dale grew up in a remote town in regional NSW. Her father had a small business and a dedication to advocating for small towns. Early involvement in her family business laid the foundations for her passions for Regional NSW.
Cara's passion for country communities, businesses and not for profits means her priority is to advocate for communities that often don't have the population to make a noise.
Having worked in Corporate Banking for 18 years, Cara then established C2Hills Consultancy in 2013 to apply her broad business knowledge to assisting regional towns, businesses, communities and not for profit facilities, to take their visions to reality.
