Alice's jewellery journey began as a teenager, working in a jewellery boutique in Sydney. She then expanded her jewellery knowledge by studying gemology and then diamond grading.

Alice progressed to working for a diamond wholesale company as a diamond grader and then a Bullion company.

After working as a professional diamond grader for several years, Alice combined her eye for fine gemstones, diamonds and precious metals with her gift for timeless fashion and creativity to launch Alice Or Jewellery in late 2013.
